If I could give zero or even negative stars then I would. I was referred to them, so I took my bike to be fixed cause while riding my sound would just cut out. We couldn't figure out why, so a close friend called up , I think his name was Josh, told him what was going on with it and we were told sure I know exactly what whats going on and can fix it no problem for around 300 to 500. First time i ever used this so called custom motorcycle shop. I only had a back tire put on. I asked for them to let me know if anything was wrong. I knew of some things already. I was then told by one of mechanics that i pretty much needed a new bike and that it was a death trap. I was told the back brakes were gone. When i took it up there the brakes were fine. They helped when we needed it. It was on their time though. Right after we arrived, after waiting 2 hours for a tow truck (not Area 51's), we were informed that they'd be going out to lunch before we'd be helped. 2 hours later they returned and replaced our tires. All employees we had interactions with were pleasant, especially the ladies in the front. But there was no sense of urgency. Thanks for the help when we needed it, you saved our day. Customer satisfaction should be a bit more important though.
