The young lady and young guy at the counter was amazing and made our experience very pleasant so this feedback does not apply to them. However, there were 2 x other female staff one red headed and another (50+ age range) I found very annoying. We came in as a group of 8, 5 of them were only visitors so coming area 51 would be the first and last time they would visit (I recommended this place so I had high hopes). This place has gone crazy with all their rules and add on payments. I was told today that I MUST buy a wrist band to stand next to my 3 year old at the trampoline area or stand behind a line and I am not allowed to cross that line under any circumstances. Then after purchasing a wrist band in order to cross this sacred white line, to stand next to my child, I was told that she was not allowed to go in an area of the trampoline section, that she's been playing in on every other occasion that we've visited.
