I recently visited Area 51 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the café supervisors. An item was missing from my order, and when I asked to speak with him about it, he was very unapproachable and didn’t seem interested in helping resolve the issue. Would give no stars if I could. Visited on a Saturday, for what was supposed to be a 1pm session. Parking was so difficult, people parking on sides and blocking thoroughfare for other cars, difficult to manoeuvre this day. Once inside, what was meant to be “online bookings” took 10 minutes to clear because of a very large group in front they could have taken to the side as it was such a large group?
