Best Martial Arts gym in the Louisville area. Amazing coaches, the training is real, and the people feel like family. Whether it’s striking, grappling, or conditioning, the training is top notch and tailored to all levels. Couldn’t recommend it more.
I went to the grand opening of the new location on Breckenridge Ln because I know a guy who used to train there and he spoke highly of it. Its a great facility and there are a lot of students there. They offer a free class, so with some misgivings (I'm an older guy, in my late 50s) I showed up for the class for "Fundamentals of Muay Thai". The gym feels like a family. I have been training there for about 5 months and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. It's also 100% the best gym in the region to get good at combat sports! -Sam
