Jack is awesome! Really knows his stuff! I was broke down just outside Parker, AZ and he was at my rescue within 15 minutes! Diagnosed my problem and got me up and running, worked in the pouring down rain, and then ordered the part I needed and drove to Havasu to install it! When you ask a guy to drive several miles to help you, expect to pay for his travel time! He was very fair and I really appreciated that he is very knowledgeable!
Flake Alert! Just like Michael's post from 11 months ago, I couldn't get him to show up. I started by sending a message through his website that said where I was, what I needed and that I was in town for 3 weeks with an open schedule. Made appointment for afternoon. He showed up in the morning and woke us up. Did Diagnose electrical problem that was so simple I'm embarrassed I didn't see. I didn't hear the amount he charged and told wife to write him a check. After he left my wife asked why it was so expensive? I told her it should have been around $145 as he told us he charges $145 hr and he wasn't even here for an hour. She told me he charged over $600. The problem was a short in rv 50 amp cord. Called in at 630 in the morning and got an answer! John came to our campground and fixed our AC in no time. Which we are very grateful for. It was HOT, and we still had at least two more weeks in the road. I felt his rates were fair and he was cordial and had good advice. Thanks John!
Our warranty with Good Sam approved $1200 for the replacement of a broken step on our motorhome with a new step. Are Vee in a fix owner jack Payne advised our old step could be repaired. He took our step to his shop in Colbert wa and repaired it. Our copy of his receipt showed a charge of $1,200 with no part number listed. On Good Sam’s copy he added the part number on the $1,200 charge for a new step which he never purchased or installed on our motorhome.
