BEWARE!: We called and got his rates ($125 an hour including drive time, which we accepted). I reminded him by text of the appointment at his request (because he "had a lot going on") and texted 3 times asking what time he'd arrive. He finally called and said he could come now. Great! Amazing!!! So helpful to this newbe who had fixes to be made and ropes to learn. Would recommend him to anyone wanting a heart warming experience. He's coming back next week to create a more accessible bathroom for my husband.
