My heart hurts for the men that have to get up at 2:00 in the damn morning. Guys if you wonder why your truck caps are shit it’s because the men who work on them are completely drained and overworked. The people who are in charge of this plant don’t know how to run a business and it shows. Overworked and underpaid. 2am-3:15pm. $18 an hour Monday thru Friday. Don’t buy from here don’t apply for here.
Who is responsible for quality control at ARE? Ordered an MX series cap took 7 weeks and had to refuse delivery and install once I arrived at my dealer! Bubbles in the paint that someone popped with their fingernail, over spray from who knows what and shipping damages. Owner should be embarrassed this was even allowed to ship across the country!!!
Find another manufacturer for your camper shell. Cheap construction with little quality control. Had mine for 18 months and it leaks water like a sieve. Could have spent my $5000 better but hindsight is always 20/20. Wish I had not listened to people that said this was a great company and product. Buy a different brand...anything but A.R.E. !
