I went to Modern Tyres Newtownards for a 4-wheel alignment. I paid in full, but my car was still pulling to the left exactly as before. I later had it checked by an independent mechanic, who confirmed the alignment had not been done — it was still 10mm out on one side, and the track rod ends showed no signs of adjustment. They also never provided any proof or before and after report. I phoned this morning to see if they had a larger than normal tyre in stock which they did. It was fitted quickly at a great price and the overall service was excellent. I'll definitely use the Newtownards branch again.
