I am posting this to let you know our latest experience with ARDS Awning. We had ARDS come out to add a new retractable awning in our screen room. We ordered in November 2021 and was installed in July and we had another current awning moved. My husband put the awning out a bit one morning and it fell out of the hardy board. WARNING! BUYER BEWARE!! If you want a quality job done right do not use ARD’s Awning and Upholstery! As shown in the pictures, this company felt it was acceptable to have jagged edges and misaligned stripes. I had Ard's make a custom cover for my boat. I was very pleased with the quality and design of the cover. Everyone at Ard's is friendly and professional and they work hard to provide a quality product.
The worst fucking place I've ever been to. I asked him to make a cockpit cover for my boat. It literally look like a third grader did the work. They said it would take a day to do the work. I went up the next day in the morning and it look like absolute shit. It wasn't tight nothing was centered the buttons were spaced out on evenly, absolute shit. Had a friend recommend me. Called and explained what I needed done to my bimini and they gave me a price. Drove over an hour to get there and was told a price double of what was quoted. The lady in the office was extremely rude tgat even my daughter said she was rude and nasty. I took my bimini somewhere elese.
Ards has made many boat covers and also installed new fabric on our patio set. I highly recommend these professionals
