I went in with my sister to get acrylic fills and first I would like to say that I love this nail place! They have great service and beautiful designs for a great pricing and my nails always last so long. Definitely worth it. I would like to highlight however that both my sister and I had two different nail artists and we both got cut multiple times on our fingers and experienced the process to be more aggressive than comfortable. Did a very well job and was fast.
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I have been coming here for some time, but this visit made me reconsider returning. I arrived around 1:00 p.m. and was asked to schedule an appointment for 4:00 p.m. However, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told to come back another day because they were too busy to accommodate me. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but I should have been informed before making the trip. This experience felt like a waste of my time and was very frustrating.
When I went in today the staff was super nice and I got sat and the girl came pretty fast. That’s not my problem here. I came with my cousin and got the same set acrylic nails french tip the design was a +$15 charge, perfectly okay with that. For one the girl did NOT ask what color I wanted and went straight in with white I let that go because white looked fine anyways and then i asked if i could get a small R inital on my left ring finger and the girl said she had no time and said no. I ended up telling my cousin who was ge... read more
