Always love visiting the people here that are all incredible artists! Definitely recommend a pedicure! THEY GOT NEW CHAIRS! THEY ARE INCREDIBLE.
Bad service.
They will treat you differently if you are not white. The service here is ok if you are white, nothing fantastic but nothing out of the ordinary will happen if you are white. They will make you wait, be inconsiderate, be aggressive. Reconsider this being a place to get your nails done, there are so many other places to go in the area.
Girls, be aware if you’re booking an appointment here. My friend had a 2:45 appointment, arrived on time, and was told she’d still have to wait about 30 minutes. Then another customer with a 3:30 appointment came in and was seated immediately while my friend continued waiting. If appointments aren’t going to be honored in the order they’re scheduled, customers deserve to know that before they book. The whole experience left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Based on what we experienced, I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
