Certainly an affordable salon and usually my nails are done well. The reason for the 3 star is cleanliness, occasional service issues, and never being offered a beverage. I come here because coco is fantastic but yesterday she was not in. I opted to have my nails done by an available tech. His name was Kevin. He ripped 2 of my nails with his technique of removing my acrylic using a plastic nail tip. I asked twice not to use the tips because my nails end up being in pain for days after. This is usually my favorite nail salon, but after my visit today, I am appalled at the lack of cleanliness and rudeness and forgetfulness of the staff. I am a full-time mom student and I have a full-time job and I haven’t got my nails done in three months and I just wanted to have a nice experience. For starters, I usually only let Mimi do my nails because she’s the best in my opinion, but she was on vacation so a guy did my nails that I’ve never had do my nails before for starters. Always the best experience at Ardora. I see Tony every two weeks for my fill or new set. He is the best and can do any design and artwork you’re looking for!
Wow! I usually go here to get my fills done but I won’t be going back. A day after my fill, my polish chips. It’s gel. That has never happened. $50 for polish to chip off within a day. I have 4 nails that are chipped.
