Came in today to get a set with a design on the ring and thumb fingers and thin tips on the rest and it felt like the lady doing the design was rushing through my nails. She didn’t put ANY design on the thumb and told me my nails were too small to have two lemons on one finger and when I asked to make the French tip thinner she told me it was “too late”. Very disappointed because I come here often and have never experienced this. Photos of what I wanted vs what I got.

Had a bad experience. My toenails were painted all the way. The nail polish looks bad. Additionally the nail tech was trying to use old gloves.

Coco was amazing! She brought my vision to life when I gave her two photos and wanted a mix. She was great at making sure we were on the same page.

Went here to get nails done for my friends wedding. The bride showed a picture of what she wanted and they said they could do it. They then proceeded to cut them short and cut her fingers. They were crooked beyond belief. They also looked nothing like she asked for. Just thankful we went early enough so she had time to get them redone from someone who could actually see straight at a different salon.

My experience: i went in for a Manicure pedicure / gel nails. It was not busy when I arrived. However the suddenly got busy and my manicure / pedicure turned into a service that was completed in between stopping (putting down a non sanitized tool) to greet, sit, and take the next client. It was so frequent the other customers began to whisper “I’m sorry” I will not say my mal treatment had anything to do with the fact I was the only brown skin client.
