I joined the Ardor family back in November, when I attended Rebecca’s “Baddies” class. CrossFit just for ladies. I’ll be honest, I was nervous and skeptical at first. I didn’t think CrossFit was for me…but I’m excited to say that I’ve stuck with it and lost 70 pounds!!! My knee pain is gone, & I feel much more confident in my body. All of the coaches know how to find the balance between honoring where you’re at , while pushing you just a bit further for the perfect workout.
