I’ve been going here since 2021, it’s the real thing. Learning both how to fight and getting a workout at the same time has been so valuable and enjoyable
Best gym! I’ve been training at Ardon for a few years now — I’ve done Muay Thai with Greg and boxing with David, both incredible in their own right. It’s no-frills, no ego, just real training and hard work. You show up, you sweat, and you grow. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll be challenged and supported by the amazing community here. Couldn’t recommend it more!
I've been coming here for a while now and have really grown in my boxing skills thanks to trainers Greg and David. The gym has a welcoming environment—safe for beginners but also solid for more experienced fighters. Sparring is always controlled, and there's a strong emphasis on refining technique. Greg offers great instruction for Muay Thai, and if you're looking to level up your boxing, David is an excellent coach. Highly recommend.
