Been with this surgery since it was Dr Meek back in the precinct, then Dr Gajree. Personally I have no complaints and never had any issues getting appointments. I would recommend this surgery.
Dr Simpson is fantastic as are the reception staff
First class service anytime I've had to contact them, appointments on the same day, pharmacist contacts me when my meds are changed so that I'm happy with them, receptionists are helpful and polite. Glad I changed from Silverbanks as the doctor there couldn't diagnose the chronic illness I had for over 2 years.
Loved the doctors here, they were always amazing and so helpful. But unfortunately we have had to leave the practice due to the incompetence and absolutely awful reception staff. They contradict themselves, are rude and unprofessional. When dealing with an error that was not made on my part the practice manager was absolutely awful. Not helpful in the slightest and condescending in tone.
Always been very reassured by the clinicians and been seen relatively quickly despite their workload. Very glad I registered here.
