Loved our stay, beautiful rooms, bathroom, bed, balcony views, and especially the rooftop pool and food/ drink service there. Mini bar was pricey but the room service food was amazing and well priced. The restaurant was nice but the lady looking after us wasn’t very nice and not polite or friendly at all. Will still return to Ardo for just the accommodation. 5 stars is for the accommodation and room service menu.
The rooftop is one of the best bars in Townsville 😀 Amazing views as the sun sets.
A great hotel with an outlook of the ocean and the city. Food is top notch, a wonderful peaceful place to stay, except for being woken up by rowdy guests at 1 am, this place is well worth the visit.
Amazing experience. Great customer service and all the staff are super nice, clean room, excellent quick room service and good food.
Loved our 3 night stay here whilst visiting Townsville for the first time. Beautiful surrounds. Quiet well appointed room. Staff were very pleasant and provided great service. Didn’t want to leave. Keep up the great work everyone ♥️
