This clinic is a total dump—starting with the woman who answers the phone, a certain Jessenia. It seems like she didn't receive any customer service training whatsoever. Don't waste your time on this lousy clinic.
The service has changed over the couple of months. The service is fast I haven't had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. The doctors are also really nice. Danny and Leslie are always awesome when it comes to the back office duties.
If you have nothing to do in your entire day, this is your place. We had appointment at 11am and we were attended after 1pm. Congratulations amore you guys are awesome in the business of spend people's time.
