Lived here for a year and my reason for moving away was due to humidity and mold. I lived on the second floor which retained moisture causing respiratory problems for my pets and mold to grow on furniture. The maintenance guy, who lived on the same floor in the same complex, told me had the same issue and it was “Normal”. The solution he gave us was a loud dehumidifier that we had to run 24/7 which increased our electricity bill every month. Beautiful apartments that unfortunately did not work out for us.
Zuly was amazing. She had us moved in the same day we applied. She was a life saver. She is also very professional and efficient. Can’t say enough about her. The apartment complex is amazing and a great value. So glad we found this place!!
My husband and I toured here in April with Tara who was so kind, helpful and understanding. She answered all our questions and concerns after our tour. We were so impressed by the amenities, how clean and maintained the grounds were, and how friendly the staff was as they were getting the beautiful pool ready to open. Features an open floor plan. 2 Full baths in the apartment. Pet friendly. Each apartment has its own backdoor balcony. There are grills at the pool for use.
