If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Ardmore at the Trail Apartments has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional rental situations I have ever dealt with. Management failed to properly handle their own responsibilities and then attempted to shift the consequences onto me. I was formally removed from the lease, yet a debt was still sent to collections as if I were responsible. We truly enjoyed living in these apartments. The location is excellent — everything is convenient and close by, which made our daily life very comfortable. The communication with the management team was always smooth and professional, and especially Kate Netzer — she is truly outstanding. We truly enjoyed living in these apartments. The communication with the management team was excellent, and especially Kate Netzer — she is absolutely incredible. She will always have a special place in our hearts. We had an amazing view from our window, and we lived here for 15 months. Everything worked perfectly, the property was always clean and well-maintained. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this place!
