From Averly Flowers Apartments the very start, they communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and handled my items with great care. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made a huge difference. Highly recommend their service!"
I lived there a little over a year. New management took over about halfway through my lease and the place went downhill. The office staff are hard to get ahold of and rude, the pool was constantly getting closed because something broke or was dirty. The landscaping deteriorated. It just wasn't the same.
Gracious, empathetic and patient Candace Zumbach was available for any/all questions or glitches. She even put in what I KNOW was exorbitant time while maintaining a smile, an affable and inviting persona. She represented Averly with professionalism, courtesy--and served as an amazing ambassador. I don't know what I could've done without her! Thank you, Candace, and thank you, Averly at Flowers!
I don't think that property is safe for a family; I wouldn't recommend it, and something could happen to your car while it's in the parking lot. There is vandalism there. If you have kids and want to stay away from bad habits off drugs like marijuana, don't rent here , I was there for 6 months and had to move out , weed buds on my porch area dog pup on all over porch grass , weed marijuana smell inside my unit to the point a had to stay outside for hours with my family, my car was Vandalized with a cement water , now they are charging me 4200 move out fee and threading with collection, after all the reports I did to the office and never did nothing, oh and a 12 year old hit my daughter on the... read more
