We moved in under the old company, Ardmore. We have given plenty of time to see how things go and were excited that “nothing would change except the name.” However, not true. The landscaping is horrible in places. They trim the weeds in front of my apartment instead of pulling them. The main thing that keeps residents happy in a rental (apartment or home) is the maintenance and problems you face while living there. Everything is not an emergency we understand. I moved from another apartment complex that was old, overpriced, and offered no real amenities. They charged expensive rates for units that didn’t match the value and the apartment complex management was the worst. When I found Ardmore at Flowers, it honestly felt like a dream come true. The community here is completely different—modern, clean, and upscale. The staff was incredibly helpful during my transition. Just moved in and I’ve enjoy every bit of it!The amenities are great, and it is a very well kept community. Ann-Elizabeth made the move in process seamless and answered every question I had promptly! 5 stars

I did write a worse review previously but my issues were addressed and the staff has been taking great steps towards improvements! I encourage everyone to at least take a tour if you are interested in apartments around Clayton. Every apartment complex will have its own flaws but this is a place where the pros truly seem to outweigh the cons.
