We moved in under the old ownership and we loved the property and amenities. Great neighborhood and lots of great restaurants and stores nearby. Walking to Publix everyday was great for us. When the property transitioned to The Avery at Flowers, we were unsure what to expect. The new community manager, Amanda, and the new maintenance director, Randy, are both awesome! They were very attentive to us as tenants and were very friendly. Had our family not purchased as house, we would still be living here.

I recently moved to The Averly, formerly known as Ardmore, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of remarkable! While the transition was a bit rocky at first, everything has smoothed out beautifully since then. The pools here are absolutely amazing – a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Moved here about a year ago. Don’t have much to complain about when it comes to the actual apartment itself. I will say that not being able to use your own internet (the internet here is setup like a public hotspot) is a security and privacy concern. My main problem comes from expensive fees that seem to just disappear into the owners pockets. Outside of the gyms, there is a blatant lack of upkeep with the amenities.
