I moved into my unit on October 3rd and immediately noticed a lack of attention to maintaining a safe, clean, and habitable living environment. I brought my concerns to the leasing office and attempted to schedule a time to discuss the issues. However, I received no follow-up until I contacted the company by email. I have only lived here a few days, but so far I am just so wildly impressed and at ease. Ive lived in some really crappy apartments in Ohio, NY, many in Memphis, Dallas, and this complex is fantastic. All of the staff are very kind, nice, and welcoming. I needed a new fridge and had one within hours of talking to the property. The property is very well maintained and kept, everything looks clean and new. Excited to see what the rest of my time here looks like.

If I could give this place a one star I would, the communication is terrible. I applied for an apartment on August 13, got approved sam next day. I called the agent to verify when I can move in, she told me the following Tuesday I could move in to give maintenance enough time to get the apartment ready for me. Tuesday come, no lease to sign or welcome letter. So I called, just for her to tell me they need to verify my income. How do you approve someone without verifying income.
