This complex is consistently loud at night, there is pretty much always a car in the parking lot blasting music well past 9PM. At this time at night the complex has nothing they can do other than tell me to send a email, which is no help to the problem. So if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, this isn't it. The area isn't bad, it's good if you want to be right between uptown Charlotte and Huntersville, but up the road where a lot of major highway entrances are, there are always accidents or people just driving reckles... read more
Office staff friendly and helpful!
I’m very happy with my experience so far. There were a few minor issues on move-in, but management and maintenance quickly fixed everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and there’s plenty of parking. The grounds are well kept and it seems like a very safe area. My garbage is picked up right at 7pm, which is a great service. For a smaller apartment, the layout really maximizes the living space. I love the large laundry room, bathroom, and bedroom closet. Lots of storage space and I love the patio area.
