This place is a joke, the breezeways are sickening. Waking up and walking out my door this morning to find blood from someone’s trash pooled up right next to my door. There are stains from trash and other nasty stuff everywhere. If you come visit to consider moving in, I highly suggest checking out how nasty everything is. I just moved to Aventine Apartments and I love the community and my apartment unit. The staff are very friendly and put together a lot of engaging events.
Really loved these apartments, very spacious and has all the amenities I was looking for! The young lady in the front was very nice and welcoming I hope to be moving in very soon!
I love my 3 Bd room apartment. The community is quiet. Love the new management. Jalaura is the best I’ve ever seen just ask for her. Not a fan of the assistant manager, but Jalaura or Mike will get you the best experience.. This community is worth it. Thanks Aventine Team!
