If I could give this place a one star I would, the communication is terrible. I applied for an apartment on August 13, got approved sam next day. I called the agent to verify when I can move in, she told me the following Tuesday I could move in to give maintenance enough time to get the apartment ready for me. Tuesday come, no lease to sign or welcome letter. So I called, just for her to tell me they need to verify my income. How do you approve someone without verifying income. Well been here for a year a/c has gone out 5 times or more, they wasted Freon 4 times replaced coils in the unit, now iv been with air for 4 days …management has changed 4 times in a year not good .. smh

Since my previous review is not showing, I will re-write it. DO NOT LIVE HERE. There is not enough parking for the residents and hardly any visitor spots since they've tried to make more for residents. As you can see, they've partnered with predatory LMS parking - not sure how that is solving anything. Just making it worse. What does them giving us a new parking pass when we already have one do?
