Honestly happy here. The community is friendly yes you will have some grouchy people but that's life. We have enjoyed the pool and the park(which could use a little more to it but it's enjoyable). Our family is happy here the kids are happier here it's better then many mobile home communities we have been too and lived in.

Absurd, They turn the water off for hours the same day with an hour notice, they should at least give a heads up the day beforehand. It’s not the first time it happens quite often, what am I supposed to do the whole morning without water? People have lives and things to do
