I'm excited to move and be apart of the community I read other reviews and tbh it's non sense I think rules are rules you should ask upfront before you move it looks clean I think this park looks like Beverly hills compared to others we looked at, I am a diys type of man fix it when you can! Our approval was with in same week we gave the app fee and they communicated with us for any further documents needed no issues at all. One of the cleanest mobile home parks I have ever seen staff were nice and helpful a little slow on the approval end app fee is only 25$ adult
Honestly happy here. The community is friendly yes you will have some grouchy people but that's life. We have enjoyed the pool and the park(which could use a little more to it but it's enjoyable). Our family is happy here the kids are happier here it's better then many mobile home communities we have been too and lived in.
