I’ve been on their property in NJ for three months and for the high HOA paid there is no show for it. Everything is dependent on a single maintenance person, laundry facilities are hazardous and entire property is not built with accessibility in mind. The previous owner never paid for his parking spot and I was asked to pay for same without any proper explanation. High HOA fees are fine, but we've got a horrendous overflow of recycling, garbage and broken furniture. The trash mess happens 4+ days per week. Ardleigh Mews features one single recycling dumpster for nearly 200 units. Sometimes it's emptied only once a week which is pathetic and disgraceful This easily remedied problem is entirely management's fault. They should be ashamed because their garbage mgmt is total slumlord behavior.
