Been here three times — always called ahead and got an appointment. I’ve been seen by different GPs each time, and all of them were great: professional, efficient, and helpful. No complaints at all.
This is small practice focussed on a challenging community. If you have some expectation of care, respect and empathy you may find it difficult here. If you are young, vulnerable or old don’t register at this practice. If you are LGBQ, you will find a sympathetic reception. If you’re female and not British maybe not so much. Be careful, there are much better primary care services in Brighton, finding them is very hard, but this place is not one you should consider

The Drs at this surgery have been very supportive. I have been going through a hard time with my health my mother passed of cancer and had the BRACA gene which I didn't know to much about. I was experiencing some symptoms and they were very empathetic and the reception staff were kind as well :)
