Ardezz Kennels is a FANTASTIC Kennel We have been boarding our pets at Ardezz for the past 14 years. Stephanie and her staff are wonderful with all of the animals and truly care for them. They are extremely thorough in knowing your pet and its needs before they take them in for boarding. It sounds like this might be "too much" for some folks, but the staff wants to make sure that your animal and the others at the kennel are healthy and safe. never again! when i left my dog @ ardezz kennels he was in perfect conditions he was helthy i pick im up today after 14 days of houseing and he has lost so much weigt that u can see is ribs. he was 18lbs and after a vet visit he is now 14lbs he as a bad rash on his paws they are raw, red, swollen. i payed to have my 9 month jack russel to be inside the house with the other dogs and i go o pick him up and and to my surprice he is locked up in a cage. they had no explanation for me. i am so saddeen to see that tey neglected my... read more
A Great Find! I have two dogs that visit Ardezz regularly. An Irish Wolfhound mix and a Brussels Griffon, so one stays in the outside kennels and one stays with the small dogs running about the house just like at home. These people care a great deal about your pet and I never have to worry while I am vacationing. Too Many Requirements I kid you not - the owner kept me on the phone for 15 minutes straight and read me, basically, her contract over the phone without allowing me to interrupt. When I tried to get off the phone after 15 minutes of just being quiet she got irate. She has VERY SPECIFIC requirements that are far beyond what any boarding facility should require; she asks that your animal be on specific brands and have serial numbers for medicines and she wants cash up front. A Smelly place! P.U When I picked up my two dogs after 3 measly days of boarding they were muddy,smelly and wet! The couldn't give me a clear answer why they were in such bad shape for a short time of boarding!? When I got home they were covered in fleas and had dried feces in between their paws!!! UGH!!! These people treat your pets like objects instead of a living creatures! Your pet is just a dollar sign to them! They should be ashamed! I'll never go there again! BTW: It smells really bad there and there are alot flies.
Glad we found Ardezz This is a very different kind of kennel for small dogs. We have a small poodle, and we used to board her at an animal hospital. She would cry when we dropped her off. Since Ardezz lets the small dogs roam through the house all day. Upon dropoff, our little poodle's tail starts wagging. She loves it. Sure they have requirements - for example, they require bordatella shots every six months instead of annually, but i view this as they really care about the dog's health. Highly recommend! My female Havanese has been boarding with Ardezz since she was a yr old. I, too, feel as though I'm leaving her with family and have no worries while vacationing. The dedication to this kennel and the dogs from the always smiling staff are above and beyond. Vet boarding doesn't have someone on the premises 24/7, have you asked? Ardezz Kennels is good place for boarding dogs I went to see Ardezz kennels and took photos ,indoor and outdoor are clean. I saw a man just boarding his dog and told me he like Ardezz. . They only accept cash when you check-in **at the first time** , then, you may pay cash or check when you check-out. their price is good.
