Very grateful for a gym like Ardeo! The atmosphere is welcoming and positive. I have become the strongest I have ever been. Sam is the best! Very knowledgeable and makes coming to the gym feel not so overwhelming. This is my favorite gym by far. Highly recommend!
I've recently started taking personal training sessions with Sam. I have some background in weightlifting and wanted to get some advice to break out of a plateau as well as improve my strength at a faster pace. He quickly spotted areas of improvement and crafted a workout plan for me with realistic achievable goals that I can measure.
