We spent five hours over the course of two days, picking out, plumbing fixtures, sinks toilets, and tubs for our new home that we are building. Never received any follow up or pricing as promised. We reached out multiple times to our sales person and never got any type of response. Stay away Unless you want to waste time. Many better options in the state, including New England supply in Cranston, where we ended up going after being completely ignored at ardente.
Terrible customer service . I called 3 times left message with christen and she never returned any of my calls . I will be taking my business elsewhere
