Our experience with Ardent is a mixed bag with positive and negative results, but the negative far exceeded the positive. We are a 12 unit building in Atlanta who employed Ardent as our management company, I am the President of the Association and was during the last year or so of Ardent's employment. Do yourself a huge favor and do not use or contract Ardent Residential, they are the worst. My community did the mistake and hired them early this year, and the service is so bad. Billing is always wrong; they don't read the request you submit. I have been dealing with late fees for the past 7 months, when I always pay two weeks in advance. I have sent screen shots of every single payment and they come back with wrong information or incomplete information. They obviously do not care for you as a customer or the community.
