This company sues every tenant when they move out, regardless, for undue damages. There are hundreds of us banding together. This is the mist unethical company I have ever come in contact with.
I lived at Fieldstone Trace (Westerville), which is owned by Ardent Property, and all I have to say is they are a joke. Within the 4 years of living there, this place went thru 4 separate management teams. Originally, they were owned by Triangle Real Estate Services & eventually ended up as Ardent Property Mgt. due to many complaints against them. This company is run by a bunch of monkeys.
