We had a great experience! We needed our shower handle replaced, which required going through the wall. Kevin provided a quick consult/quote turnaround, was communicative about when parts would be available and getting us on the schedule for installation. Would definitely recommend!
This is the first time I have used Ardent based on the wonderful reviews that my neighbors have given them. The service man was very kind and explained everything that he did. I'm the kind of person that likes to know all the technical aspects of the unit as well as what's being done on the service. He was wonderful, clean, and very conscientious and I plan on using Ardent for my other needs as well.

The plumber who came by was very courteous and on time. Once he saw the location of the leak, he identified where the leak might be from and once he open the spot, it was right there, so he saved resources to identify the problem! There will come to repair it next week so so far I am satisfied with the process.
