Update: Alta Pest Control actually reached out to me after seeing this review and were really nice to try and make things right. They ended up giving me a full refund after going back and listening to the recorded calls. I felt that I needed to edit the review and let people know that they did do the right thing and I appreciate the integrity. It seems to be very few and far between these days. BEWARE!!!!!
