BEWARE WILL STEAL MONEY FOR NO SERVICE. Came to my house on 10/30 to state they can't complete service due to weather. Charged me $114 stated they will call me to make a new appt. They never called but asked me multiple times to leave a review for completed serviced which seemed off. This week after I called to make a new appt they came out and serviced AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER $114 for service completed.
Had contract service for a year plus. They beat my previous service in price and promised more but continually underperformed. They allow reservices if service was inefffective, but expect a week plus delay in getting to your house again. Not great if you’re hosting and be prepared to call after most services. Our Mosquitoes were much better controlled with Mosquito Joe. The company appears to have efficient systems in place but service results are lackluster. Matthew was very professional and explained the treatment process very well.
The techs are knowledgeable and you can tell customer focused. Anthony serviced my home today and he was wonderful!! Love that I subscribed to this service.
