Absolutely horrendous. I went to them last year as I need several teeth out and I asked for this to be done under general anaesthetic, the dentist referred me but under sedation. So porth dental unit said my dentist had to refer me back but under GA. 5 months later and the referral still hasn't been done. I phoned up today and was told i had to go back in to have xrays done and an examination, this is a waste of my time and my money as its treatment I dont need done. This is a really good dentist. I joined 18 years ago and it wasn't so good then, with the dentist calling me by the wrong name constantly and then causing me to need root canal :/ That dentist left a long time ago now and I have had no issues since. I see Richard Horton and he's very nice and good at his job. Definitely recommend.
