Friendly staff with excellent knowledge of banking matters.
I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at the Oaks branch. The staff are friendly and helpful (Heather in particular).
Not Cooperative - While listed as a participating member of the Credit Union Cooperative, they only allow limited use of their ATM and no other support services. The ATM shows it is capable of dispensing bills in denominations of $10, $20, $50 etc. but when accessing the machine with a card issue by another Credit Union it will not allow you to select the mix of bills so expect mostly $50.00 bills. I went right inside and showed the teller my receipt and kindly asked if he could simply break a few of the $50s and his answer ... read more
Heather and her staff have helped us refinance two of our vehicles and now my motorcycle. They handled everything remotely from start to finish, and made sure it was all taken care off.
