Victor arrived on time and was very helpful identifying what was needed to fix my rug problem. My issue was not Advents specialty , so he referred me to someone who could help. I appreciated his honesty and expertise.
Vincent did a great job repairing the carpet on our landing. He was able to fit us in very quickly and gave us an accurate estimate prior to the work. It was a fairly small repair so it was nice that he didn't have a high minimum charge. He encountered a few problems with our stairs but was able to find solutions to them all. I would highly reccomend him for repairs and he has earned my business for cleanings as well.
Vincent is the best! He is IICRC certified, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all has integrity. You can tell he is a master of his craft and takes great pride in his work. There was a part of my carpet that was being very difficult and Vincent had no problem coming back until it was fixed right. I've had my carpet cleaned by many companies, including Coit and Stanley Steamers. Vincent's quality of work is superior. Just recent had my carpets cleaned by Vincent at Ardent Carpet Restore. Vincent was extremely professional and helpful. he did an excellent job on our stairs and hallway and we will definitely be using Ardent Carpet Restore again.
Can’t recommend Arden Carpet Restore enough. Vince did an excellent job cleaning and repairing a few areas for me. Quick and prompt service as well!
