Worst auto shop and car dealership in town my fiancé and I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Arden 05/23/2025 my fiancé had drove it less than 60 miles and 2 days later 05/25 the car blew up. My mom bought a car from ardens march 1st 2025 and by march 3 the car went out!! When we went back to talk about the car Arden was super rude and told me the car was fine and that it’s my fault.. 10 mins later another person came in with the same problem do not do any business with this place trust me
I bought my 2011 Ford Fusion from them back in July 2024, I sat there for hours while they processed everything. It seemed like none of them knew what was even going on either. Anyways, I got to drive my car for 5 months before I wasn’t able to drive it. To give you some details I needed a new power steering rack ($1,844.41), my passenger side strut was broken ($1,306.89), and a hydraulic control until ($2,460.94). That is more than the car is worth.
