Most of the staff were great and very helpful, but Emma was extremely rude to an elderly person. It was really disgraceful to see. I hope management addresses this, because the rest of the team was excellent.
Came to this location today curious as I heard from a friend about sales that were active and had been told how wonderful the staff were. Today I however witnessed one of the staff members, an older blonde lady, treating the staff quite disrespectfully, bossing they around, treating them as though they were incompetent and unknowing, speaking to another woman about how “bad the store looked and how the staff do not know what they’re doing”.
