Horrible experience, I was advised to order a dress online because they didn't have the size in store and I was told that it takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive. THAT WAS A LIE. I called customer service to track my order and turns out it takes 3 to 5 business days to ship out!!! And God knows how long to arrive. We needed the dress for the weekend and they just ruined it for my daughter
Abbey helped me a lot with product selection and returning the bag I got from other Ardene which was missing parts. Keep it up Abbey we need more helpful and kind people like you
Wonderful customer care. It was easy to get help to answer my Christmas questions as I was shopping for my daughter. Very nice layout of store and easy to find things. Lots of store associates to help you out if you need it. Very pleasant experience in the midst of Christmas.
