Had an amazing experience! Was looking for affordable pieces for an event coming up and the employee with Black hair and tattoos was extremely helpful! They helped me find the right pieces to make the cutest outfit!

Extremely disappointing experience over returning a pair of shorts. An employee with black hair and tattoos gave me incorrect information about the store's return policy and raised their voice at me stating that they do not have to provide their name after they told me to contact corporate. She became very hostile and was also very quick to tell me there was no manager for me to speak to. I have never had such a negative experience over a simple return.
