Came to this location today curious as I heard from a friend about sales that were active and had been told how wonderful the staff were. Today I however witnessed one of the staff members, an older blonde lady, treating the staff quite disrespectfully, bossing they around, treating them as though they were incompetent and unknowing, speaking to another woman about how “bad the store looked and how the staff do not know what they’re doing”. The staff here are amazing!!! Helped me find what I was looking for, offered to call so many stores and helped me create an account with them! Will definitely come back to shop here!

Horrible experience, I was advised to order a dress online because they didn't have the size in store and I was told that it takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive. THAT WAS A LIE. I called customer service to track my order and turns out it takes 3 to 5 business days to ship out!!! And God knows how long to arrive. We needed the dress for the weekend and they just ruined it for my daughter
