Horrible experience, I was advised to order a dress online because they didn't have the size in store and I was told that it takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive. THAT WAS A LIE. I called customer service to track my order and turns out it takes 3 to 5 business days to ship out!!! And God knows how long to arrive. We needed the dress for the weekend and they just ruined it for my daughter
Abbey helped me a lot with product selection and returning the bag I got from other Ardene which was missing parts. Keep it up Abbey we need more helpful and kind people like you
