I’d like to clarify that I have used their other location and would rate it 5 stars. It pains me to even write this review for the South location but after some thought and heartbreak I feel it necessary to warn others. 2 stars because the other clinic but I’d leave 0 for this one if it was possible. We had a sweet boy named Tom Thumb or just thumb cat who I have cared for and very much loved since for 8+ years. Very knowledgeable ,down to earth vet who really took the time and it shows that he cares.
I can get in when the appointment's is scheduled There's no waiting. if I have to wait,It's short amount of time. they handle everything. They're great. Love them! They've helped me with several tips on an older ill dog! Arden road has after our services.

Clinic cares about you financially and what's best for your pet. Took my cat in with a broken leg. The doctors were amazing and was able to save my cats leg. Thank you Dr. Matthew for everything. Spectre is back to normal and doing zoomies again.
