Arden is hands-down the best RMT I’ve ever been to. I have been going for almost 2 years. She’s super professional but also really easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes the time to listen and adjust the treatment to suit what your body needs. I always walk out feeling lighter and more relaxed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also kind and accommodating.

I had a shoulder injury, and Arden was amazing from the start — very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. She focused on the injured area, helping improve mobility and blood flow, which really supported my healing. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a skilled and caring RMT!
Arden is an amazing RMT. She always listens to your needs and delivers the massage that will best help you. She’s so friendly and personable. She always makes me feel like an old friend ever time I go. Definitely recommend!
Great masseuse who has helped my back, neck, chest, calves, hamstrings, and forearms. Nice location as well. Roughly 10 visits so far and wouldn't go anywhere else. She's great.
