Me and my family liked the apartments very much, and Nazan the office manager was very helpful throughout our time, she helped us from the start to the end. We thanks her very much!!!!
Horrible apartments. Nazine is worthless and they are hella unprofessional and rude. Let family of 20 stay in one apartment doint care about noise complaints are nothing else. Famiy above us used to sound like a jungle gym walls and floors so thin you can hear people phone ring and vibrate. Staying here gave me the worst anxiety and etc. Whatever you do dont move here if you have another choice and dont pick a bottom floor.
Very disrespectful management
Lived here for over 3 years...finally decided to write a review as it has been a rare property management team that cares and does the right things for the property and community. Thank you Redwood team as it has only improved since you took over management. I am moving on out of the Sacramento area but hope to look up another one of your communities when I return. I appreciate Nazan and the maintenance team there.
Very selfish management staff, arrogant people, they don’t have time at all for the service, and tenants problem and maintenance issues they are all focused on how to collect money and full their pockets, zero respect to tenants, not answering the calls once u are resident here.
