If your looking for a dump to live in. You found it it's Arden Manor Trailer Park!! Ownership as well as MANAGEMENT are very unprofessional. I have lived here for 8 yrs. Stuck due to depreciation value of a trailer home. I highly suggest staying away from this community
management is crappy,no matter what you never should yell at your tenents or yell at them in front of others in the community
