Manager despises the tenants and they despise him. This guy has never been polite to anyone.
I have lived in Arden Manor for 30 years and have had no problems with the newest manager. We lost many trees this year but it still is one of the nicest parks in the Twin Cities. There is a city park in the middle, with a basketball court and a pool for the residents. Very safe place too.
They give you a handbook when you move in. Although no one appears to follow the rules of what the handbook says. For an example it says no pets over 35 lb. Many animals watch heavier than that, also says maximum of two animals per unit. Well a lot of people have three. Feral cats all over the place. If you have a complaint like a noise complaint, the manager does not care. People do not stop at the stop sign and they often exceed the postage speed limit of 10 mph. You call the sheriff.
