From the very beginning, Arden Homes failed to deliver on their promises. The project was marked by ongoing delays, and communication was consistently poor. Whenever I sought clarification, staff members were either unhelpful or outright rude, and no one seemed to provide the same answer. My advice to others is simple: ensure every detail is in writing and enforce deadlines strictly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and rate them 1 out of 5 stars.

Do not waste your time with Arden homes. As many others have said we were sweet talked through the sales process, worked out some designs that fitted on our blocks and went to contract. 3 months later we were told. Sorry I didn’t check the developer requirements properly and none of these designs work on your blocks. The communication not just with us but within the company seems poor. We have just finalised our colours appointment and I just wanted to do a big shout out to the beautiful Bianca! She helped us over 2 days with our colours and she was amazing! She is so bloody good at what she does. She is so patient, helpful & knowledgeable! She really cares about what you want, your budget/needs and helps you bring your vision to life!
