We have recently started our build with Arden Homes, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience so far. The process was seamless and incredibly well-managed to this point. Large hole left in the roof from the build which has allowed rats and possums to enter my roof. They are refusing to cover this saying rats can squeeze through the smallest holes. Holes shouldn’t be that large. This has caused rats to come in and chew our water pipes causing huge leaks in the roof and water coming out of the light sockets.
We had the pleasure of working with Graham from Arden Homes in Lilydale during the early stages of planning our knockdown-rebuild. Our construction journey began in 2022. During this time we have experienced 3 different builders where we have started the process and Arden Homes hands down has proven to be the best experience of all. Arden Homes was a delight to build through, after the devastating effects of Porter Davis going bankrupt. The Arden team were helpful, upfront and proactive, with Gidget, Kirsten, Peter and Andrew looking after us from planning through to handover. Any issues that came up at any point were dealt with quickly and transparently.
