We don't have a garage door. But if we needed service for one, we would never choose this place. Guy in their truck with a large beard turns in front of me with no turn signal just to get into a store faster than me. Does that seem like good customer service to you?

Ordered the door in January 2022 and paid half. Door was to be delivered August but actual was October. Bottom panel had a small dent they offered about a 5% discount, I declined and they ordered a new bottom panel. The new panel was installed in February 2023. I was away and upon returning found all their empty boxes and trash piled up in the floor for me to haul to the dump. Also order a weather strip to go below another garage door. There is a gap showing daylight at each end of the strip.

Great customer service, showed up when they said they would, and they do great work. They are going to be doing my other garage in a couple weeks. Highly recommended!!
