I met Susan Pinto when I was looking for a memory care center specializing in dementia for my companion who was just out of a rehabilitation center after hip replacement surgery. I also was going to have surgery with a long convalescence which would prevent me from visiting my companion for long weeks and I needed to be assured that the selected memory care center would be the right place for my companion to be secured, receive attentive care and live in a cozy and pleasant environment. Susan gave us a tour. She greeted each resident we met with hugs and compassion. Her smile alone was enough to make each resident feel special.
I was pleasantly surprised with the layout of Arden Courts Potomac, but even more so with the graciousness, empathy, competency and knowledge of Susan Pinto. I was helping transition someone very dear to me from rehab to Arden Courts Potomac. Susan Pinto is someone you would entrust with loved one, and know they are in safe caring hands.
