The place is nice and clean and the Director is very informative and we felt safe to leave our loved one under her care. The staff are very pleasant. On the move-in day, there was a warm welcome luncheon for us and my husband walked directly to the Director, without even knowing her before. She welcomed him and showed him around, that made it easy for him to feel secure, and was a big relief for us. I am so grateful for Susan Pinto at Arden Courts. She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful in getting my Dad settled into his new facility. She made a difficult transition as seamless as possible. I can’t thank her enough for her compassion and professionalism.
I helped transition a relative in the early stages of dementia to Arden Court from living on their own. This was a very tough transition. Arden Court staff, particularly Susan Pinto, could not have been more helpful in making this transition successful. They were willing to spend the time to help my relative understand and accept her changing circumstances. I can't express how grateful I am for their patience, devotion and assistance.
As a professional partner of the community , working with Susan is always a pleasure. She is very professional thorough and a wealth of industry insight calibrating with her and Arden Courts is truly a pleasure.
