Laura was extremely helpful. She spent a lot of time with me she explained their policy and then gave a tour of the facility and followed up with me afterwards. The facility was clean and bright. All the residents appeared to be happy and well cared for. There were many activities for the residents and they seemed eager to participate. There is good support for the families also.
So grateful to Tiffany who goes above and beyond in taking care of my dad. Arden Courts is SO lucky to have her there!! While it is so hard having my dad in memory care, I am grateful to his caregivers for all they do to make his life better. Tiffany, you are an angel and you were meant to do this very important work…you are recognized and appreciated.
The staff at Arden Courts, Pikesville, has been nothing short of amazing. Very supportive, very insightful, very gentle in their recommendations. We have not had a single thing to raise issue with since our parents moved in in early September 2024 and then at the end of October 2024. My mother loves the activities and the staff. My dad also loves the staff and the food! While the rooms appear small, they are cozy and clean and actually make my parents feel safe (and they came form a very large condo). Arden Courts Pikesville was special from the beginning. My first day meeting them for a tour, they gifted me a book on dementia to help me better understand the disease that was affecting my dad. The atmosphere was so inviting and warm. The outdoor space is gorgeous. My dad would have loved it there. Unfortunately, he never made it. My mother has been at Arden Courts for a little over a year, and while she was understandably uncomfortable at first ( as were we ), the staff's dedication and support made a big difference. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents, which brings a lot of peace of mind to our family. Mom is now content and happy, something we are all very grateful for.
