This is, without question, one of the worst long-term care facilities I have ever encountered. In less than three months, we observed repeated and serious concerns regarding our father’s care. He frequently had unexplained bruising that no one could adequately account for. The situation became so concerning that the facility contacted law enforcement and the Department of Public Health. Great place, wonderful people who work there make this place amazing.
My sister and I recently went to visit my aunt who is at your facility. She just moved in and was recently diagnosed with dementia. We were both uninformed about the disease and pretty upset. Their executive director Jo spent a good deal of time with both of us explaining the disease and the process and pretty much letting us know that our aunt was in the best place possible. We are exploring memory care options and scheduled tours at several communities. We toured here base on proximity to my sister’s house. The team here really seems great and is super compassionate- the advisor took the time to listen to what we were looking for, I never felt rushed or pressured which I appreciated, and I felt heard.
