I looked at this facility along with a few others and making a final decision soon. The people who work there all had smiles on their faces. What has us putting on the top of list, were the patients. They all were clean and seemed happy. It was more basic than the others, but it was explained to us everything was designed for the patients who live here and their safety. Nice you can visit any time of day too.
I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for memory care! Arden Courts staff is very helpful and compassionate. My favorite thing about this facility if the section with all the bird/rainforest sounds and the beautiful matching wall! Very calming area for your loved one to be by.
Great community awesome staff
My mom has been at Arden Courts of Palos, and we’ve had a very positive experience. The staff has been kind, caring, and attentive to her needs. I especially want to recognize Julie, Amanda, Titeana, Olga, and Monika. They have all been wonderful to my mom and have always made our family feel comfortable and supported. It means a lot knowing she is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her well-being. I truly appreciate everything they do and would highly recommend Arden Courts of Palos.
Recently moved my wife to the facility reluctantly. It was hardest decision of my life, but the employees here have been great through the process. I still feel the guilt because I didn’t keep her home. There is no doubt it is what is best for her and couldn’t have chosen a better place with better people. I hope my review can help other who face the same situation with a spouse.
