My mother was admitted into Arden care in Palos Heights Illinois on April 5th. At this time I was convinced she had full out Alzheimer’s disease. There is a story behind this but what I will say is that ALL employees made my mom and me feel comfortable. They helped me to try to understand what is happening with my mom. This was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made as an only child. I had to come to the realization that I can no longer care for my mom. She needed to move into a memory care facility. I needed to find a community that she will be well taken care of and safe. Arden Courts is it. Ingrid was the first person I met at Arden Court. She’s very informative and understanding. Disgusting..do not bring your loved ones here You will be sorry..and so will they The care is awful and neglectful I have seen residents strapped into wheel chairs, witnessed residents lying in bed naked, sores not being treated and turning into infections that required hospitalization DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Met Ms Grant at the Dementia Conference. What a jewel.. A caring professional and she communicates well. It is clear she is patient focused.
