I love everyone here, great help for all residents. The staff, are absolutely fantastic and is kind-hearted. I love the events, that are for residents and visitors. Bingo, bowling, soccer, hockey, coloring and learning history, from other countries.
Terrie is FANTASTIC! She spent so much time explaining everything to us. The facility is very nice. Staff is super friendly and grounds are well maintained.
Katie, offered a job to someone, gave a start date, time, salary etc. the morning of said start date she proceeded to HANG UP on the prospective employee. Background check passed, drug test passed, physical passed , completed 6 hour course passed. Incredibly unprofessional. If I had a love one that I was considering becoming a resident, this would definitely make me think twice. If this is the type of employees they have, I’ll pass. If employees are treated this way, can you IMAGINE the horror that residents endure?
