they do the best they can
My review of this place is highly negative, because we had a highly negative experience. I must however exclude several individuals from the negativity because they were great, and that includes Nicole, the activity director, the receptionist staff members, the chef and several CNAs, including Rosa, Ada and a few others as well. When our family suffered a crisis when our sister-in-law passed away Arden Court of Elk Grove Village in Illinois was there for us. They consistently provided loving and competent care for our brother who suffers from dementia. When the time arrived for us to choose a home for him, we did not want him anywhere else but Arden Court.
