Absolutely awful service, incredibly slow (almost 2 hours for a gel manicure), I had to ask the technician to use a new file, she removed my gel nail polish so aggressively that my perfect long nails were completely destroyed and had to be cut super short, and took months to grow back normally, and finally the gel she put on lasted less than a week. As this were not enough, it took forever to pay at the cashier, as the manager was yelling at one of the ladies, who was in tears. A horrible experience.

Honestly service was horrible. Lee was extremely rude and didn’t accommodate to what I wanted. She was rude and acted like her work made up for her rudeness lol. Her coworkers coddle her and make her think she’s always right which is why she thinks she’s the best when she’s clearly not. I asked for a French tip and pink base and she just couldn’t do it. The French tip wasn’t like the picture so I asked her to try to make it like the picture and she insisted she did when she really didn’t. I do my nails all the time and came ... read more
