The service here is so horrible. Not one worker I have encountered is genuinely nice! Employees here are not welcoming and have horrible attitudes. I asked a question and two of them have me dirty looks and answered extremely rude. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life from the Wet Seal store. To top it off, I'm not even from Texas, so those girls set the tone of very rude people in Texas for me. Very disappointed.
the other day I was at the wet seal in frisco, texas at the mall and wanted to return a romper that broke on the first day I wore it. I went to return the romper and was told that I could not return it. I not only had the receipt but the tag that came on the outfit.
