I called to take my cat in as a new client. I was told by the lady who answered the phone that she's short to doctors and she couldn't schedule anything this week. Then she asked me to pay $160 as a new client but she wouldn't tell me when I could schedule. I asked when is the appointment going to be before I commit to the payment, she said well that's what I need now. Screw that!! Will go another place .. looks like they don't need my business..
Dr Limburg is the absolute best. I’ve been going to her for the last few years now. She is always attentive to my rabbits and their needs and is super responsive, especially with emergencies.
