Do not buy a house in Arden Willington. It’s all about appearances. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve already put my house up for sale. The HOA is $900, and they are absolutely useless. If you want good advice, don’t buy there. NO SPRINKLER FOR MORE THAT 6 MONTHS BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE WATER. Don’t buy here.
It’s a death trap. Don’t move here unless you are desperate. Try to join the Facebook group page and you’ll learn for yourself. Field mice everywhere, the racism is crazy, kids getting hit by cars walking home, drivers testing how fast their cars can go and not to mention the road that it’s on, Southern blvd. The accidents are horrific and deadly. Just do a google search. You are welcome.
