Kelley is magical! She’s amazing at what she does and take a very consultative approach. What I love best is that she seems to genuinely want to help in a holistic way—-not only is she super skilled at myofascial therapy, she also offers actionable guidance on how to stand/move/sit to align the body and decrease pain and strain. I truly looks forward to my biweekly appointments with her.
Kelley is a fantastic massage therapist and Myofascial practitioner! I've gotten a lot of massage and bodywork in my life. Kelley has a very special intuitive touch and sense of how to relax and heal the body. I've had two sessions with her so far and I'm excited for more!
Kelley has helped me immeasurably. She's untied knots I've had for years in my neck & shoulders and also addressed long standing issues with my hip flexors and sacrum. I travel 30+ minutes to see her and it's worth every minute to get the best treatment.
Kelly is incredible! I was dealing with back and hip pain due to pregnancy and after only one treatment, I was feeling significantly less pain in those areas and much more relaxed as she was able to open up more space in my upper body for my growing baby. Kelly creates a warm and relaxed environment. She gets to know what your life is like day to day and treats based off of that. I can't recommend her enough!
